About
At home between the workshop and the software.
I build and integrate robotics, embedded systems, industrial automation and engineering software, from the first requirement to testing and handover.
My experience spans production floors, vehicle testing, industrial controls and independent engineering. I bring that practical perspective to each project: understand the process, make the interfaces clear, investigate failures and leave useful evidence for the next person.
Career timeline
From manufacturing and quality to automotive testing, industrial controls and independent consulting.

Community
- Newcomb and District Cricket ClubPlaying club cricket, building and maintaining the digital platform, supporting event communications and club operations, and upgrading public WiFi at Grinter Reserve.
- Deakin Mars Rover TeamMultidisciplinary student rover work across mechanical, electronics, control and software interfaces.
- Math Mentors and Peer SupportHelping fellow students with problem solving, study skills, exam preparation and finding the right support.
Beyond the work
Beyond project delivery, I play and help run my cricket club, mentor fellow students, and usually have a personal robotics or hardware build on the bench.
- Club cricketMost in-season weekends belong to Newcomb and District Cricket Club, on the field and behind the scenes.
- HockeyA faster off-season field game, and another reason to enjoy team sport.
- Long drivesAn open road, good music and somewhere new at the end is the best reset.
- MusicThe soundtrack to those drives, late builds and most evenings.
- Robots in the garageI enjoy working on personal robotics and hardware projects.
